Processing Time
All of our pieces are handcrafted to order. Please allow 1–3 weeks for production before shipping. For custom designs, lead times may vary, and we will provide an estimated completion date at the time of order.

Shipping Rates & Delivery
We ship within the United States using trusted carriers such as UPS, FedEx, or USPS. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the size, weight, and destination of your order.

  • Small items (shelves, smaller accessories): typically ship via standard ground service.

  • Larger furniture pieces (nightstands, larger shelves): may require oversized or freight shipping.

Estimated transit times are 3–7 business days after your order leaves our shop.

Local Pickup & Delivery
For customers near Fort Wayne, IN, we offer free local pickup. Local delivery may also be available upon request—please contact us for details.

Packaging & Care
Each piece is carefully wrapped and packaged to ensure it arrives safely. We use eco-friendly materials whenever possible.

International Shipping
At this time, we do not offer international shipping. If you are outside the U.S. and interested in a custom order, please reach out to discuss possible arrangements.

Delays & Issues
While we work hard to meet all timelines, handcrafted furniture takes time. Shipping delays caused by carriers are outside of our control, but we’ll always provide tracking information and assist with resolving any issues.
